1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

2. Return Process

  • Our team will provide instructions for returning the product safely.
  • Customers are encouraged to use secure packaging to avoid damage during transit.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a ShearCut error (wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

  • Currently, we offer exchanges for the same product if stock is available.
  • Exchanges are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

5. Exceptions & Future Policy Updates

  • Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
  • As our operations grow, we reserve the right to update or tighten our return and refund policies. Customers will be notified of any changes in advance via our website.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately.
  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund after we verify the issue.
